million yuan RMB and the registered funds exceed 20 million
dollars or 5 million dollars,the price of land is 40000 yuan/mu.
For any industrial projects with the investment of the fixed
assets exceeding 20-50 million yuan RMB and the registered funds
exceed 8-20 million dollars or 2-5 million dollars,the price of
land is 50000- 80000 yuan / mu. For any industrial projects with
the investment of the fixed assets exceeding 10-20 million yuan
RMB and the registered funds exceed 3-8 million dollars or 1-2
million dollars,the price of land is 80000-120000 yuan/mu. For
any projeets with the investmenf of fixed assets exceeding 5-10
million yuan RMB,land can be boughf in yuan zhong yuan in
industrial zone.according to the present cost price. Factory
buildings can also be rented in the south of the city Anyi or
Anyi industrial zone.

The area of Land supplied for any projects,
provided it satisfies the standard mentioned above in terms of
its investmenf amount,will be'one mu in proportion to its fixed
assets in value 1 million and registered funds valued 350
thousand,at the sametime the area for constructing its
infrastructure,will be not less than 60% that for its site
